Author Biography

Kiu Sum, Department of Life Sciences, University of Westminster, UK.

Kiu Sum is a MRes Clinical Research postgraduate at Imperial College London having graduated in 2017 at the University of Westminster in BSc (Hons) Human Nutrition with a First Class Honours. Kiu's research interest lies in effects of physical activity on cardiovascular diseases and obesity. She was also involved in three ‘Students As Co-Creators’ projects looking into mobile learning, student engagement, feedback and assessments.
