Kiu Sum, University of Westminster

Kiu Sum is a Doctoral Researcher in Nutrition at the University of Westminster. She is involved in several pedagogy research in Higher Education, mainly in student engagement.

Labros Dimitropoulos, University of Westminster

Labros Dimitropoulos is a BSc Human Nutrition student at the University of Westminster. He is a LLB Law graduate with over 15 years of experience promoting healthy lifestyle and balanced diet through the commercial sector.

Grete Kurik, University of Westminster

Grete Kurik is a BSc Human Nutrition student at the University of Westminster. She has an interest in eating disorders with a background in Psychology and Drama.
